• Infringes on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
• Is illegal, harassing, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.

You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process using our Service and for ensuring you have the legal right to use and modify them.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts in Suratgarh, Rajasthan, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
